The Beacon Center at Wallenberg has passionate individuals each specializing in a particular program area. Our Freshmen Academy Specialist is in charge of unifying the Freshmen class, assisting them with adapting to high school culture, and offering them resources including weekly workshops that will help them navigate Wallenberg for the next four years. Our College & Career Specialist works mostly with upperclassmen assisting them with personal statements, college applications, financial aids issues, and job placement. He is also responsible for creating a CIT program that provides job readiness training. Finally, our Academic Specialist is responsible for organizing the students, and working with them in a case-management framework.
